Phantoms Main Camp 2023

The 'Combine" portion of Main Camp is crucial to assessing athletes readiness / potential to play hockey, at certain levels.  Modeled in the same fashion as the NHL Combine, our modified testing protocols are age-appropriate and allow our staff to compare scores with established team norms, as well as norms of other players, in their age group.  To get a quick glimpse of this process, click the link, below:

Each athlete has been provided with their individual test results, along with the group average, from Main Camp.  Use your report to compare the results and determine areas of potential improvement.  Our strength and conditioning staff has designed specific, exercise routines to assist you in improving your capacities in each of the categories.  Programs are 4 weeks, in duration, and through the use of a robust Online Training format, guide each athlete through the progressions and techniques to improve each area.
