4-Week Meal Planning Program and App

After an initial meeting with Sports Nutrition Consultant, we will design a customized approach aimed at adding lean body mass and maintaining proper body fat levels conducive to enhancing hockey performance.  Our nutrition app will allow each player to access Dietitian-approved meal plans, logging, shopping lists, and nutrition information.
