4-Week Upper Body Power

This 4-week program designed to, specifically, enhance power and explosion of the upper body.  Through a combination of strengthening exercises, using body weight exercises, traditional strength equipment, medicine balls, bands, cords, and other functional training equipment, each athlete will guided through proper technique, execution, and progression to maximize power. Light resistances, moved fast, creates power!  Learn the correct way to develop hockey-specific power.
